Ballr Fantasy NRL Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Ballr Fantasy NRL Competition (the “Competition”), operated by Luckbox Studios Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for and participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not accept these Terms, you should not participate in the Competition.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Competition, you must:

• Have a Ballr account.
• Be at least 18 years of age to claim any prizes.
• Claim your team before the prize payout deadline. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any winnings.
• Acknowledge that the Competition is governed by the official NRL SuperCoach rules, as outlined in their terms and conditions: NRL SuperCoach Terms.

3. Registration and Team Management

• Participants must register for the Competition using a valid Ballr account.
• Teams must be claimed by the user before the prize payout deadline.
• Users are responsible for managing their teams, including making player selections and any transfers within the framework of the NRL SuperCoach rules.

4. Competition Format & Scoring

• The Competition follows the same scoring system and rules as NRL SuperCoach.
• The Competition leaderboard is updated based on official NRL SuperCoach results.
• We reserve the right to adjust scores if errors or technical issues arise.

5. Prizes

• The total season prize pool is $5,000 AUD.
• Prizes are awarded at the end of the NRL SuperCoach season, based on final leaderboard standings.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Tiebreaker Rule: If two or more teams finish with the same score, the corresponding prize will be evenly distributed among the tied participants.

6. Claiming Prizes

• Users must have a Ballr account to be eligible for prizes.
• Prizes will only be awarded to participants who have claimed their team before the payout deadline.
• We reserve the right to withhold prize payments if a user has not claimed their team.
• Winners will be notified via their Ballr account email and must respond within 14 days to confirm prize acceptance.

7. Disqualification and Fair Play

• Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate the Competition in any way.
• Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, using automated scripts, or exploiting system loopholes, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any winnings.
• We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any form of cheating or unfair advantage.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

By participating in the Competition, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your personal information, including your name and email, may be used for prize verification and competition updates.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of Competition scoring data at all times.
• We are not responsible for technical failures, including internet outages, server errors, or software malfunctions affecting gameplay.
• Our liability for any claims related to the Competition is limited to the value of the prize awarded to the participant.
